The self-regulating heating cable "BTV Series" is primarily used for freeze prevention applications. The heat resistance of BTV heating cables is 65°C for continuous use and 85°C for intermittent operation. Depending on the specific system configuration of BTV products and their accessories, they can be used as electric heating systems in Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations in Japan.
